Rory Geraghty (27), from Knocklyon in Co. Dublin, is proud to have been raised in Ireland and sees that Ireland can be an even better place to live. Rory points out that everyone knows someone who is gay – and this vote is a chance to stand with them.
“I’m very proud to have grown up in Ireland because it’s such a tolerant and decent place to live. This referendum is about making it that little bit more tolerant and decent for everybody. By voting yes for equal marriage, you’re helping to ensure that they stand with you as equals before the law.”
