Ciara Conway is the Labour TD for Waterford and is the Vice Chairperson of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health, Children and Youth Affairs and a member of the Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform. She is the first ever female T.D. to represent Waterford for the Labour Party.
