Anthony and Barry are a couple who have been in a civil partnership for eight years. They make a strong and passionate case for a YES vote on Friday and for how monumentally significant the change would be to their family.

“A yes vote will improve our lives in so many ways. It won’t impact on anyone else – if it’s a yes, we’ll be allowed to marry; nothing else will happen. We beg, we plead to you – when you’re in the polling booth on Friday – think of us. It’s not an abstract thing – this will have a real effect on our lives. We just want the dignity of equality.”
