Eimear is 24 and from Meath. As a straight women, in her video she challenges the idea that she won’t personally benefit from a yes vote. She also makes a direct plea to voters – in the spirit of the #VoteWithUs campaign – asking them to choose just one person before Friday to talk to about why they are voting yes.

“The thought of any child of mine being treated differently for something they have no control over makes me angry and scared. I don’t want to have to worry for my child like that. I want them to grow up knowing they’re accepted no matter what. So really I’m voting yes for me – if this referendum passes, not only will it change the lives of the LGBT Community, it will change how I live my life.”
