Richard lives with his girlfriend, who is expecting their second child. He tells us that he’s been “gunning for equality for years” and has been at Pride and the March for Marriage almost every year for the last 6, because “it sucks that my friends don’t have the same privileges as I do for such an arbitrary reason as who they find attractive”. He is a father, and no matter who his children grow up to be, he wants them to be treated equally. His video is about the future he sees when he looks at his daughter, and what action he can take to make that a better future.
